Don't worry too much...Definitely a second date! Don't worry too much about being uncomfortable with compliments. We would all like to take all our compliments graciously, but even now when my husband gives me a compliment I find myself not believing what he has said. I think it is natural for compliments to make us feel a little uncomfortable, that just means we are modest. I think as you become more comfortable around this guy, you will become more comfortable with his compliments. Just don't treat the compliments negatively, or they may stop, and we don't want that! :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1353540357866853506.post-60887062510850854002012-03-29T22:43:59.230-04:002012-03-29T22:43:59.230-04:00Definitely second date! :)Definitely second date! :)PlumPetalshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16879841900594034234noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1353540357866853506.post-73167037355231411062012-03-29T12:32:33.409-04:002012-03-29T12:32:33.409-04:00I vote for a 2nd date for sure!!I vote for a 2nd date for sure!!Marenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09723154108032675494noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1353540357866853506.post-46992413740159475792012-03-29T07:58:38.643-04:002012-03-29T07:58:38.643-04:00Ohhh yeah!Ohhh yeah!Enyonamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05928894578223325915noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1353540357866853506.post-82665365526106676042012-03-28T22:52:30.236-04:002012-03-28T22:52:30.236-04:00I would do a second date if you felt a connection ...I would do a second date if you felt a connection and thought he was genuine why not but I also wouldn't hold back from going out with someone else! It also makes you look more confident than you may be feeling. By dismissing a compliment it can come across as "what you do you know about {insert topic of compliment}?!" Or that you dismiss their expression of admiration or opinion of beauty in this situation.

So remember, "Thank you." No skin off your back. :) And soon enough, I think you'll start seeing what he finds so attractive about you.Nanette N. https://www.blogger.com/profile/16624649291231202060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1353540357866853506.post-41166170711837751562012-03-28T21:41:15.386-04:002012-03-28T21:41:15.386-04:00Most definitely a 2nd date :)Most definitely a 2nd date :)Jamie Daniellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04629245594754232955noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1353540357866853506.post-65425421969984107232012-03-28T20:09:40.685-04:002012-03-28T20:09:40.685-04:00Yes! 2nd date sounds in order, sometimes you have ...Yes! 2nd date sounds in order, sometimes you have to have a little faith and take the time to get to know someone before making a choice.
