This is an 8 week challenge... and I plan on making the most of it. So starting out, I'm setting FIVE goals!!!
1) By the end of week 8, I will be consistently running 4 miles, 2x a week!
I am running my 5K on October 13th, 2012. And I am running 3.1 miles 2x a week. After this race I am going to start the B210K program! So I want to be running 4 miles at least by the end of the challenge!
2) I will to be able to plank at least 2 minutes consistently!
I have never planked before...but I heard its good for your abs. Apparantly it's very hard and I think 2 minutes is a good goal!!!
3) TRACKING!! I will track everything!! Every bite, lick and taste for 8 weeks!! This also includes weighing in once weekly on Wednesday!
I love cooking...I love HEALTHY cooking. So this is a great challenge for me! Woot!
5) Organize and get rid of all the junk in my spare bedroom and find a purpose for that room by the end of the 8th week. Use Pinterest to gather ideas and implement them! (Before and after photos will be taken)
** You may wonder why I didn't set a weight goal. I have been really frustated lately. I have gained, I know I have...so I don't want to focus on the scale. I want to focus on a healthier me!
