Week 3 was not a good week for me...bad eating, not as much exercise as I might have liked and I was up 3 pounds! Now...I'm not sure if some of that is fluid retention from AUnt Flow because honestly, I didn't go crazy with eating! Or maybe its the fact that its hot and I'm retaining some water and also had a gain? Well anyway, that needs to GO! I need to get my ass back on track! NO EXCUSES!
NSV:
1) Get estimate on redoing the bathroom. It's TIME ya'll.
2) Go to the Bank - I hate the bank. But its serious now. I need to go.
3) Donate those old clothes - NEED TO DO THIS
WEIGHT GOAL:
3 POUNDS! This fluid or whatever need to GO!
NUTRITIONAL GOAL:
1) STAY ON PLAN!!!!!!!!!!! Track on Sparkpeople!
2) 64oz of water Daily - I have been SLACKING.
3) Post new recipe
Exercise:
1) Walk x 7 Days
2) Bike x 3 days
3) Weights x 2 days!

3 lbs does seem like a lot and yes water weight can be that and worse. When that crap happens to me I have to walk away from the scale like a kid does and says to the other "you are not my friend anymore" wah and then next week I could just hug it for making me keep keeping on. Don't let that discourage you. If you keep on track, I bet you will find out yeah it was water weight or be surprised that you actually lost 3 lbs if you focus on the water gain thing and go through the motions to avoid those things that do it. High potassium foods and drinking lots of water actually help (weird),

ReplyDeleteWhen Aunt Flo is in town I'm always up at least 2 pounds that week...no matter what I do it seems.....so don't be too hard on yourself. I'm sure if you meet your goals for this week you'll see a better number on the scale....you can do this.
