My Other New Obsession

It's popcorn.

Yes. But not that stuff that comes in a bag. This is delicious, wonderful air popped popcorn. It's low calorie, whole grain goodness that I cannot get enough of!!! Don't get me wrong, I like bagged popcorn. But this doesn't even compare. It's fluffy and crispy and even without any butter or anything on it, it reminds me of hot popcorn you get at the fair. Mmmm. And at Target they have a variety of 0-5calorie toppings you can put on there. I got a white cheddar, a kettle corn and a cinnamon toast flavor that were in clearance in a pack of 3. And holy moley, they are SO good. Seriously, I can't get enough! Or I've sprayed it with a couple spritzes of I Can't Believe it's Not Butter spray...yummo!

It's been another bad day for me at work...I'm counting down the days until my vacation. I don't know how much more of this I can take. But it's not forever. I know this above everything else. Everything happens for a reason and this is just a stepping stone in my life. I'm trying not to focus on the negatives.

I forgot my pedometer today...ooops. But I made an effort to take the stairs, park far away and walk as much as I could even though it was bitterly cold today! But I'm averaging 2-3 miles of walking a day. YAY! That's pretty good! Other exercise...I need to step it up. Hope everyone is havin a good Friday eve!! I'm excited for the weekend with my mom!

  1. MMMM popcorn sounds good. I actually don't ever think I have had air popped popcorn. Those toppings sound amazing! As far as work, hang in there, keep a smile on your face and your eyes open for whatever may come up. Great job on the 2-3 miles a day! That's awesome, and good job taking the stairs and parking far away (I HATE the cold I couldn't do it!) Keep your chin up and I'm looking forward to stopping back by to see how you are

  2. I have a brand new pedometer but have not used it yet. Thanks for the reminder! I have an office job, so I will have to walk around during break and lunch.

    Have a great weekend!
