I think I lost those 2.6 pounds in all the liquid I peed out yesterday! Sorry if its TMI but I could NOT STOP GOING yesterday. I drank lots of water but I swear I was in the bathroom every hour on the hour! My grandmother butters and salts everything (which I NEVER do) so I can tell I dumped a HUGE amount of fluid off! Woof!
In honor of getting fluid in... (although I can't say if this is good fluid or bad...) here's a lovely drink! Sorry, it's not No Soda September compliant...but it is delicious!!!
Marvelous Mojito
Servings: 1 Delicious Cocktail
Ingredients
- •1 oz. (2 tablespoons) lime juice
•8 mint leaves
•1 heaping tablespoon splenda
•1 jigger (1½ oz.) white rum
•Club soda to taste
Directions
1. Put mint, lime juice, and
sweetener into the bottom of a highball glass. "Muddle" by mashing ingredients
together. Use the back of a wooden spoon or a spatula if you don't have a
muddler.
2. Fill the glass about ¾ of the way with ice. Add the rum and top with club soda. Stir and enjoy.

Soooo it's not the healthiest OR the lowest cal recipe...but sometimes, we just need a little something to kick off the weekend right? Compare it to a restaurant 3.5fl oz restaurant mojito and it's not so bad!!

That looks delicious! Hydration and losing water weight is a good thing. Salt + butter on everything, not so good!
